Where exactly

From the 405 at MacArthur go inland away from the airport make the first right on Main St past El Torito Grill restaurant and pull in to the parking structure, go to the 2010 tower. Cross street: MacArthur and Von Karmon

Cruisiest spot: Second floor bathroom.

Need to pull a ticket to park, but there are two restaurant underneath the 2010 tower that validate, just ask. Watch out for business men using the bathroom and don't write on the walls or s keep it clean avoid suspicion.
