Where exactly

From the north east end of Hannan St, Kalgoorlie, turn down Boulder Rd and drive about 5km to Burt St. Boulder. Turn right, the Town Hall is on the left a short way down.

Daytimes, especially weekends. May be open after hours

Etiquette

There is a peep hole in the wall. Guys will let you know if they are interested by playing with themselves. Occasionally, guys will stand outside the cubicle door and 'display'. There is a decent gap in the door through which you can see them. You can hear approaching footfalls easily, so plenty of warning.
