Where exactly

Any bus going to Mesa y Lopez or Playa de Las Canteras will take you there. It is the main shopping area in Las Palmas.

Cruisiest spot: Urinals. There is not really space to do anything on the stalls; they are too small.

When to go

Every day, department store's opening times: 10am-10pm Best times: Noon to 3pm, aprox.

Etiquette

Just go to the urinals, pretend you are peeing and wait. Virtually everybody is there to get (or give) action!

Safety

None. Some people do get in there to pee. CCTV cam at entrance, but I have never seen anyone checking the toilets. People even cruise on the corridor to the toilets.
