Where exactly

Located near the State Library, walk up about 300 meters NE and you'll see a sign for Public Toilets. Go down a small flight of stairs and through the male door and your there.

When to go

Open 7:30am-5pm. Best time for any action is any time except between 12 and 2. A lot of people are in this area at the time.

Etiquette

There is one toilet only in the block, so it's best suited for the basics (cocksucking and kissing). Stand at the toilet block and try to take as much time as possible to have a , then when you see someone head in that suits, wait about 2-3 minutes before you enter into the toilet. Have picked up a few guys using that technique here.
