This is a quite gym just up the road from fitness first in Queens Park, some of the guys from the FF gym have migrated to this one and hoping to start a new crusing ground as ff has got lots of people using it and may well be discovered.

Where exactly
Jubilee line to Willsden or Dollis hill, or Bakerloo line to Queens Park, about 20 mins walk at the most from each station, buses go by as well. Limited parking at site but lots on roads around the area.
When to go
quite during the day so easy to pick up guys but best time to see load of naked butts is in the earlie evening. Good place to arrange a meeting
Etiquette
Lots of stright guys but have seen some regulars checking each other out, got one guy there myself. Cruise the shower area leave the door open use the end shower cubicals.
Nudity: Nudity in chaning rooms, shame the pool, steam and sauna area are mixed but still some great sites to see
Safety
This is a unisex gym and lots of stright guys use it but if careful it would make a good cruising ground just need to start a time slot for people to get to know when we are using it.
