Where exactly

Road opposite main entrance to chase farm hospital. Follow it down and see entrance on your left. It's on Ferny Hill if you are coming from Cockfosters Road and is on the bend on your right. Any of the car parks. Cross street: Cockfosters Road or The Ridgeway

Cruisiest spot: Car Park near the toilets. (Which are closed!)
