Coming out of Romford, go past police station and Tesco garage you'll come to two Parks Raphael park is the one on your left. the cottage is down by the lake.

The cottage is open 24 hours but the park closes at sunset. Best times: Mornings/afternoons

You have to be patient sometimes it can be dead, but there's some guys get in here.
