Where exactly
The car-park near the Stockley Park Golf Course. Leave the M4 at Junction 4 and take Stockley Road towards West Drayton. Just after the roundabout there is a turning on the left which is the entrance to car-park.
When to go
Seems good lunchtime onwards.

Gates close at 6pm so get in there before then!

Be wary of dog walkers & "Normals". Park security drives past occasionally but they seem to be oblivious.
