This is really for members, though you can just pay and go in. It's also part of the London network of gyms. It's really only the sauna complex on men only nights thats cruisy.

Closest tube is Holloway Road. Any bus to Nags Head is good (29, 91, 259) then a short walk away. Cross street: Tollington Road

When to go

From 10am till 10pm in the sauna, Mon and Thursday. Best times: Update 7/2/2080: Tues and Thurs. are the best times. Around 9-10 in the evening in the sauna on Monday and Thursday for men only sessions.

Just sit naked and wait.

Safety

The cleaning staff do come round occassionally, and a member of staff will come to turn things off at about ten (though he will give you half an hour to finish up).
