Go to the Wheatfield Way side of the car park on the street level (next to the Fairfield Bus Station in central Kingston.
When to go
It is open every day except Sunday and bank holidays from about 9 till 5. Avoid Mondays, especially when the market takes place in the car park as it is too public and open then.

You can hang round the but because of people drifting in and out, it is difficult to get up to much there. Guys cruise the lock ups and sometimes leave the doors open if they are looking. Guys of all ages go there.
