Open again after about half a year of 'emergency drainage work'. Located halfway down between platforms B&C. The entrance is separated from the urinals by a high-tiled wall, which conceals the action behind, so plenty of notice if anybody comes. The cubicles are still closed, but there is a secluded area outside them which is the scene of some serious gang bangs. Virtually no interference from staff.

Waterloo East, the 'upstairs' part of Waterloo train station. Halfway down platforms B and C. Access from mainline station.
Cruisiest spot: Around the corner behind the urinals.

6pm onwards.
Etiquette
Stand at the urinals for a couple of minutes or just hang around outside the cubicles and somebody will come and join you.
Safety
Doesn't look like it gets cleaned very often (if at all). Occasional str8 traveller coming in to try and use the facilities.
