Where exactly
Nearest tube station is Elephant & Castle, any bus from the stops in front the Gym.
Cruisiest spot: Near and in the sauna. This is one of the few Fitness First Gyms that has a separate men only sauna the door of which faces the main changing room and you can see all the guys getting off their kits.

Monday to Saturday: 7 am to 10pm Sunday: 7am to 8 pm
Etiquette
Eye contact -- but best one to get noticed is to keep you ID card tucked in near your belly when you go in the sauna. This is discreet and a sign for other guys that you may be up for it. Keep towel loose to reveal.
