Where exactly

This is in South Chingford, near the big set of traffic lights down there. New road is quite short, you cant really miss this place.

When to go

This is busy all the time, but best time for when guys are there is after work, it is open from 9am till 10 at night except weekends, when they close at 9pm.

Etiquette

Tends to be the showers. Sauna and steam are poolside and uni. Showers are single .

Nudity: Only in changing rooms and showers.
