You must have a membership for this gym, but the showers can be a fun time. Be careful because not everyone is there for more than a work out. Showing your equipment (with or with out a hard on) and making eye contact can lead to fun times.

Best time
Morning before work, or evenings after work.
Watch out
Not everyone is there for man on man fun.
