The guide

Where exactly

Take I-35 north to Liberty; exit on on Kansas Drive going east to N. Clayview. Make a left and follow it up.

When to go

Normal park hours apply.

Etiquette

I would recommend that you stick to the 9am-4pm time span. Later after the sun goes down might be safe as well.

Nudity: no nudity, just grope yourself before going into the bathroom.

Safety

Skater teens sometimes hang out here, and dont forget it is a neighborhood park. Keep low profile.
