Take the train and get off at the Station called LUGANO. (Not Lugano Paradiso) OR.. Take the funicular cable car from the City Centre up to Lugano Central State Railway Station. The station is also on Bus Route No. 2. Cross street: Corso San Gottardo

Stroke your at the urinals. Use the mirror to keep watch. Don't hang around for more that 1 hour. It's not recommended in Switzerland to hang around stations for more than 60 minutes, unless you are genuinely waiting for a train.
