Where exactly

It's right accross Shangrila Hotel Makati and Glorietta 3. You can walk from Greenbelt to Shanrila or to Glorietta and you can see it from there. It's the only office building in that area.

Go to the washroom and pretend to use it (nobody really use), wait because only guys who like guys go there.
