Where exactly
Coming into Mandurah turn right at the Silver Sands shopping center (down Henson St) and follow to the carpark. Cross street: Ormsby Terrace/Henson Street.
Cruisiest spot: The end cubicles, the tray and sometimes the showers.
When to go
From 10:00am onwards. Best times: 10:30am-ish, Lunchtime and late at night (9pm onwards).

You can either wait outside at the carpark and see who goes in, go inside and stand at the or go into a cubicle and wait. You could even take a shower (water is cold).

You need to be careful down there as the neighbours keep an eye on the place at night and come out in force to chase people away so beware
