Where exactly
Drive down Tenanca, and then down Yanagin Rd, and down either one of the two Marungi roads turnoffs and keep following until you reach a park where there is about 4 car parks.
When to go
Not sure just yet what the ideal times would be, need more people to cruise this spot.
Etiquette
Just park your car in the car park wonder up to the toilet, knock on the door to see if anone is in there and enjoy.
Nudity: Toilet cubicle is fairly large can fit about four people in there so threesomes are able to be done in there.
