Enter the building from the main entrance, walk past the security desk to the end of the hall the washrooms are on the left at the end of the hall.
When to go
9am to 6 pm best times not seem suspicious, mostly business men suits and such.
Etiquette
Check the washrooms, tapping on floor, and wash your hands, the usual.
Nudity: It's a washroom so and nudity isn't usually normal...
