This Park is a well know Park in Shizuoka the remains of the old castle so alot of sightseers during the day at night a totally different story. Alot of guys here from dark onwards plenty of places to play either under the trees or else at the toilet blocks

The guide

Where exactly

From the Shizuoka station follow the signs to Sempu Koen or else to the Prefectual Government offices it is directly behind the office buildings. Cruising under the trees in west side of the central area sitting on the benches also around the small toilet block just across from these trees

When to go

After dark but gets better from 10pm, 11pm onwards

Etiquette

mainly in the central park area ride around on your bike or walk around you will soon see the guys interested

Nudity: This is a public park but the other night I was with 2 guys watching just on the seats just up from the central fountain!!!

Safety

Have seen police once but other than that is good
