Nice new facility, frequented by lots of hot young guys (duh, it's a gym). There's a "women only" section upstairs, so you have the guys all to yourself. Membership required.

On Bowen Road, near the Millstream bridge, behind Quarterway Pub
- Hours:They have typical gym hours, busiest times are from 4-8ish.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Change room has a group shower and a sauna.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is allowed in the change rooms?
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Not very wheelchair-friendly, due to stairs in foyer.
- Warnings:Standard gym rules. Cross-dressing not recommended.
