There is another restroom at teh other end of the food court that is good too. walk in the door and turn left and go to 3 urinals at the end of the restroom. Great for play.

Restoom with low dividers at urinals has station police sitting outside the entrance to the restrooms. They wont bother you if they dont see you come in and out allot. I did see a NYPD stationed inside this restoom only once (and I go all the time). I am never dissapointed.

how could this be illegal? can the cops arrest you based on this only? From initiator: Never been to NY and my first time there I was almost arrested. Fortunately, the cop let me go. I didn't proposition anyone or do anything else, just lingered too long and stared too much. I got lucky.
