Where exactly
Enter Riverside park at 72nd street, follow path staight down past dog runs on the left, enter tunnel underpass of West Side Highway and make a sharp right turn once out of the tunnel. Follow path downhill and then bear left toward the river. You will see a stone building that is the bathroom on your right, the entrance is around the front side facing North (uptown). Cross street: 72nd Street

Etiquette
No police presence (yet) but best to bring your own roll of toilet paper as sometimes the parks dept. doesn't even supply that. The guy who is supposed to clean it never does (or maybe once a week) he wears a camoflage hat and black shoes and at closing time he'll bang on the doors of the stalls to get everone out. Good size and sanded smooth. (I oughta' know :))

As of yesterday, they boarded up the glory holes. Anyone with a wrench can undo the bolts as that's all they used to hold the boards in place.
