The guide

Where exactly

From Highway US-2, go north approximately 14 miles to M-28, turn left (west) approximately 1-1/2 miles. It's on the south side of the road. From highway M-123 in Newberry go west on M-28 approximately 4 miles. Cross street: Approximately 1-1/2 miles west of highway M-117

Cruisiest spot: Park near the toilets, or on the west end of parking area. Flash your brake lights as a signal.

When to go

No overnight parking, pit toilets always open. Best times: Lunch hours and afternoons from about 4:00 until 6:30 pm. Bring something to read, so as to not attract undue attention. Don't know about evening times.

Etiquette

Meet here and take it someplace else. Good spot is the Lake access boat ramp restroom (Large, very clean and seldom used) on the west side of M-117, about 1/4 mile south of M-28. Leave it clean too!
