There is a that keeps getting filled -- but it just keeps coming back. Open from April till end November. Trails can be cruisy in winter, when washroom is closed.

The guide

Where exactly

North Vancouver. Take the first exit past WestView overpass. Keep right and go past temple, turn right past the golf course. Go until road turns left. Park and follow path to stairs and washroom. A cruiser adds: Heading north on capilano past highway #1, turn right onto paisley, at the blue sign for 'murdo frazer golf' continue on paisley take the second right: 'elizabeth' continue to tennis courts you're there...much faster and parking is more discreet.
