Cruisiest spot: Bathrooms there are two sets: one in the library and one in the pool oberservation deck, the pool is just attched to the library.

Best washroom is the one on the observation deck of centennial pool. It has a locking door and no one ever uses it. What you should do is knock 3 times and cough loud and that will let the person know!
