From Kailua Kona: Highway belt road south to Ocean View, pass mile marker 82 and about 3/4 mile down on left is driveway entrance. From Hilo: Highway Belt Road North to Ocean View. Pass Mile Marker 81 and about 1/4 mile is park entrance on right. Cross street: Highway Belt road Between Mile Markers 81 & 82

Open 24/7 Best times: Between 5pm and Sunset. Gets a little seedy with locals camping up there after dark.
