Take Highway 50/Colonial Drive east out of Orlando to County Road 13. Go south on County Road 13 about 2 miles and park is on the left.

Open sun up to sundown. Best times are afternoons and evenings.
Etiquette
You can park in the parking area and walk back the trails. Not heavily patrolled, secluded, and not a lot of other patrons to worry about.
