Watch for Straights especially w/minors, so be alert! Best to Park and walk the Railing, and just 'feel' it out.
Safety
The wind is excepted BUT when it is cold it's ! makes it shrink! And gutless chickens &/or pushy trolls/ect, ya know, like most places ;) CHP cruises on regular patrols and mostly, MINORS with parents! It is a Vista Viewing Spot ;)

I walked around for a wile, but didnt get approch. Im to not confident enough to approach any one else wile they are in their car. No action tonight. Ill try to be their tomorrow night around 10
