Where exactly

From St Hwy 14 @ Ave S: go west to Terria Subida, Turn Right(north) goto Park-N-Ride Lot on north end of Center. From Palmdale Blvd: go EAST to Divison St TURN RIGHT(south) go to AVE R, TURN RIGHT(west) go to Terria Subida/Lot on Leftside. Cross street: Division Street & Ave R

City Park Hours. Best times: Spotty so far.

Etiquette

The North Restrooms have great urinals, steel V shaped that can be straddled with no dividers and toiliets have 4 foot walls, good lay out.

Safety

Watch for Park Rangers and Sheriffs and I saw A CHP peeing one time :) And lots of MINORS! {-18 gets 20+} plus lewd conduct tickets are a pain!
