Walk on Promenade, sidewalk across the street from the water. You will see Les Trois Brasseurs. Large restaurant with seating on the sidewalk. It's right next door. Cross street: Avenue du Prince Hinoi

The back section with the content has a mixed clientelle. Cruising but nothing happens there.
