Where exactly
Once you are on lincoln you go to the south end of the park. There you will find a small parking lot with restrooms. Cross street: N. Lincoln and Trail Creek Rd.
Cruisiest spot: On the South end of the park is a little parking lot with restrooms within twenty feet.
