Rt 84 west or east bound sides are both very cruisy. From Pa boarder just one mile up the mountain. Off exit 1 not to be confused with exit 1in Ct.

When to go

Both sides are cruisy. Action all times of the day. West bound side has trails at bottom of overlook. Follow guys down. It's very dark at night. During the daytime in summer tree covered. Orgies have been known to go on. Even seen action on sidewalk with groups. Just use your common sense.
