The toilets across from the Book store is down a alley to your right. You will need a R1 coin to enter. The last has a nice big with lots of activity after 12 in the afternoon. Especially when the university is open.

Between 12 and 5 in the afternoons.

Cleaning staff sometimes roam around inside but they go out after a while.

Between 12 and 5 in the afternoons. Very busy around 2. Even saw a guy jerking at the urinals once.

Nudity: Guards seldom go into the toilets, the main door is very noisy so you have a good warning that someone is coming in.
