95 N to State Offices exit . At light off exit - go straight to next light ( Smith St cross rd )- continue straight and park along road anywhere on side of train station Cross street: Francis St
Cruisiest spot: Whole ring road around state house - knickname is the " fruit loop "...but area near train station most activity.
When to go
Weeknights after 12 pm - forget Mondays and Tuesdays. Weekends the action picks up later - after bars/ clubs close 1:30 am on.

Drive buy , check it out . See someone you like - drive by slowly. Stop nearby - use brake lights . If you meet someone - go somewhere else . This place always has cops driving through - if you don't do anything crazy - they leave you alone .
