Barbara is Iceland's only gay dance club. It is pink, proud and welcomes you with open arms. It is open on weekends and the doors open at midnight! Get ready to get crazy and don't be surprised to find yourself shirtless on a table! Excellent smoking area, good prices, very popular with the local crowd. Busy on weekends and open til 5 in the morning.

Strolling down the main shopping street you will find Barbara on the second floor on Laugavegur 22, right above Trúnó (Truno) gay café/bar. You walk ten steps up Klapparstígur and you can't miss the hot pink door, the neon sign and rainbow.
