Where exactly
From E 11 Mile Rd head north up Main. It's about 3/4 mile up on the right hand side .. Coming from E 12 Mile Rd it's about two mins going south on Main and it would be on your left. Can't miss it. Cross street: Catalpa and Gradenia

After 10 pm. Best times: Mostly everynight.
Etiquette
Park car in parking lot, turn off lights and wait. Someone will walk over and start to chat with you.
Safety
Pet peeve is the parking lot light comes on and lights up the whole area. Only problem here is the young guy that lives in the house beside the lot has dogs ....

just wanted to let everyone no the ppl that live around there no about cruise and are watching the parking lot i was their last night . the ppl thta live in the house beside the parking lot were watching the lot to see how comes and goes .. just wanted to let everone no ....

well i was here for a good hour, and nobody was there. is this an actual certified cruisy parking lot?

Maybe the weekend nights are better. Or it is better after the sun sets. I'll check it out this weekend.
