Where exactly
1. Head east on I-696 E toward Exit 18 0.7 mi 2. Take exit 18 to merge onto I-75 N toward Flint 1.1 mi 3. Take exit 62 toward 11 Mile Rd 0.2 mi 4. Merge onto S Stephenson Hwy Destination will be on the right 0.9 mi.
When to go
6am to 11pm. Most gym members are using the showers before work or on lunch break. The best times to have fun are during off peak hours: after lunch and work shifts. Dates Open: 6am to 11pm.
Etiquette
This gym is mostly straight. If you want to have fun in the showers, or sauna, its best to post in the comment section at least 2 hours before you plan on hitting the showers.
