Where exactly
Take the Todd road exit off of Hwy. 101 and go north on Santa Rosa Ave. It is on the left. Cross street: Todd Rd.
Cruisiest spot: The videos booths to the back and to the right get the most amount of cruising.

Etiquette
I have had with other men in the booths before but the people that work there do come around and check to see if there are more then one person per booth. I have seen men get kicked out for being together in a booth. It is best to make eye contact and then meet in the parking lot.

Nice selection of vids and adult novelties. Arcade has buzzer that lets you know if someone enters. Booths are tiny with big metal chairs that make it difficult to fit two people inside. Doors have windows and the bottom 2 feet area is open. Not a lot going on there today and don't expect much. Stroked a bit to the videos but left frustrated.
