Service area across from Cristaleria Chile on the south bound. Not directly accessable from the northbound. Just south of the toll after the exit for Oreo. 32 degrees 51'04 S 70degrees 56'48 W
When to go
Monday to Friday - all day. Not sure if they are open in the evening.

Truck drivers mostly. Wait around and see who else is also checking out the toilets.
