Where exactly
Take a bus, subway (Lines 3 or 7) or taxi to Kangnam Express Bus Terminal (Koseok bus taminal for the taxi driver) and look for the big pyramid building (not the new Seoul Central City building nextdoor) Cross street: Banpo Bridge Road
Cruisiest spot: Take the elevator to the 10th floor and walk outside on either side for a view of the city on one side or the Mariott Hotel and Shinsaegae Department Store on the other. You can do them in the stairwells at the ends of the building or take them down to a restroom on one of the lower floors where the doors go all the way to the floor.

Sit, stand or walk around, especially in the early evenings while you're waiting for your bus. Somebody will come along and stand or sit near you. Get up and they'll follow you.

Watch out for occasional rough trade or hustlers who usually are quite young and tend to hang out and chat with each other until they seek out a mark.

The cruise is not all the time, its just some times when you are lucky to find them. There are security Guards always checking around but at the 10 floor the rest room have its shower room and most Korean male will have their shower inside together without locking the room. There mare many Korean food stuffs at the roof top and all area except rest rooms are monitored by the CCTV Camera.
