Where exactly
The gym is located at the corner of Wayne Avenue and Fenton Street in Silver Spring, MD. The gym is accessible by Metro, and is just a short walk from the Silver Spring Metro Station. The gym is also located next to the Wayne Avenue Parking Garage, so there is ample parking available.
When to go
The club is open during the following hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-11:00pm Friday 5:00am-10:00pm Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm The peak times for action are right after lunch, around 1-3 p.m. and late in the evening, after 9 pm.
Etiquette
There is a great deal of cruising in the shower area and in the dry sauna, which also sees a great deal of action. A little exposure, some pointed glances, slight readjustments, and a smile go a long way.
Nudity: It is a public gym, so nudity is allowed throughout the locker room, the shower area, and the sauna. Nudity is not allowed in the open areas of the gym.
Safety
Be smart and aware. The gym sees a good deal of traffic, so guys are coming and going all the time. With that said, there are many and frequent opportunities for play.
