You can easily catch the train from Melbourne's CBD Flinders station & get off at Prahran station as you can walk from there to Commercial rd + You can also catch the Tram number 72 from Melbourne's Swanston street and get off right out side Prscillas in Commercial rd just before get to Chapel street
