Where exactly
This one is easy to find. It is located in the Village Mall on Topsail Road. It is on the second floor where Winners used to be located.
When to go
The Gym is open 24/7. I have found the best times to go are between 6pm and 8pm M-F, while on the weekend the best times between 2pm and 5pm.
Etiquette
Best place to cruise is in the shower area give eye contact and take it from there. Also there is a dry sauna located here as well. Sauna is also a good place to cruise for potential fun. Types of guys who frequent this gym: closeted gays, bi-guys, openly gay guys, ages range from 16-60, all shapes and sizes.
Nudity: Nudity is not permitted outside change room area. "isn't" permitted anywhere on site.
