Where exactly

Head for the Merseyway Shopping Centre (in the middle of town) and follow the street signs to either Vernon Walk or Management Suite. Toilets are at the furthest end of Vernon walk (on the map they are in building 96)

Etiquette

Most of the acitivity takes place in the cubicals with many cubicals having small spy holes so you can see into the other cubical - either that or watch the reflections on the floor.

Nudity: No really - its a public washroom after all.
