Go to Forster main beach, continue along North St, heading toward appropriately named...2nd Head. Turn left into carpark, guys sit in their cars, a bit of fun in bushes, more prevalent at night. Cross street: North St
Cruisiest spot: Near the lookout, or walk down the path to Pebbly Beach.
