Where exactly
Go down the stairs near the back of the Agora, then look to your left. There is another small staircase - head down there, and turn to your left. The last door is the washroom.
When to go
I have found random times to be best.
Etiquette
Just go into the , and wait. Often, there will be someone down there already!
Nudity: Obviously, the whole thign would be frowned upon. Luckily, you can hear people coming for miles...
Safety
There is a security presence, but I've never seen them down there.

Doors are totally open this year, guys, but it's also where all the security guards go to the washroom, so be careful.
