Outside of the northwest end of the mall (By Sears). The easiest way is through the mall. Walk towards Sears. There is an exit that goes right into Trinity Square (opposite the Yonge St. Exit). You can't miss the hotel. Once you enter it, take the stairs up to the second level and make a quick left to the washrooms. There are signs to guide you.
