Anytime after 10 am until 8 pm or so.
Etiquette
Just go to the restrooms on the second floor and pretend you're peeing...many guys do that and if they see you're interest they'll show you their dicks, then go to a for a BJ/HJ or go somewhere else. Lots of married men, executives and elderly guys, nice place if you like grandpas, they hang out at the mall.
Nudity: No nudity allowed.
